Research and Case Studies

ID conducts organizational research to validate recommendations, develop training plans and create or enhance performance management systems. ID projects include:

  • Authored book on marketing to women: Next Steps: Changing the Way We Do Business
  • Developed case studies on: General Motors, IBM, US Postal Services, Stamps Division for the Nationally televised Women’s Millennium Conference sponsored by Working Women magazine and hosted by Disney Institute. Broadcast carried by Direct TV
  • Researched and assisted in development of Total Cost Model and Supplier Relationship Management training for Hormel Foods
  • Researched American Airlines customer service and developed three comprehensive quality, recognition and partner training programs
  • Researched Top Box Customer relationships and Associate performance for HomeBanc Mortgage
  • Researched Sales and Customer Relationships for AT&T and developed three nationwide training programs that included assessment and planning tools
  • Compiled research for US Lawns, International Travel Services Association, Darden Restaurants, Florida Hospital, Celebration and International Society of Weights and Measurements to clarify the passionate business interests of franchise owners and leaders

Technical Training Development

ID also creates “how to” programs for technical, safety and regulated work environments. E learning and classroom programs provide highly interactive learning, use quality video instruction, solid instructional design, worthwhile computer training games, and interactive role plays.

Expert Witness

In addition to the training developed for the crane industry, Cliff Dickinson serves as an expert witness in state and federal court. Cliff is the lead developer and subject matter expert for the development of crane safety training programs.
