Instructional Dimensions’ teambuilding philosophy is that learning and activities should achieve worthwhile business objectives and be challenging, invigorating, and enjoyable for all participants. Each team member has a contribution to make and no individuals are left out due to varying physical ability. Group sizes typically range from 50 to 500 (+). It’s Another Tacky Game Show!
Ever-wonder how closely participants pay attention in meetings? How much information they are retaining? Engage them in a spirited competition to test their knowledge! Find out who the “wise guys” really are as professional actors MC, host and rev-up the event!

“Professional” Competition Sports Challenge, or Tournament Challenge (Baseball, Volleyball or Basketball)
Creates excitement! The simultaneous competitions build camaraderie and fun! The spirit of the games replaces everyday personal barriers. The focus is teamwork, not individual athletic ability. These events have moderate to intense physical exertion, as desired. Round robin and intensely fun volleyball or basketball tournaments are the core event. Sideline activities keep participants interested and busy!

Knowledge Hunt –Perfect for Trade Shows & Product Launches
Brush the cobwebs away for this activity! Teams eagerly visit as many different booths as possible to learn all they can. Participants are dazzled by the unusual twists, turns and variety of activities. Great themes and challenging feats add to the fun and pursuit of knowledge.

Amazing Chase/Scavenger Extravaganza
This ultimate, extreme scavenger hunt can be staged in a variety of venues and locations to create an exciting and fun theme. Teams unravel riddles to solve the ultimate mystery. Product info may be included in the teams’ quest.

Spider's Web
Watch the leaders emerge! Without touching the web, the entire team must get to the other side. Teams work and plan together to master this engaging, low ropes challenge. Persons who choose not to go through the web take on other responsibilities. Multiple webs can operate simultaneously to accommodate most any size group.

Grand Jury Deliberation – A Gripping Trial of Wit!
Participant teams receive notice of Grand Jury Duty. The courtroom setting adds to the drama. Talented actors portray suspects and witnesses. Teams review evidence from an actual Grand Jury murder case and each Grand Jury team issues an indictment! Teams unravel the intriguing clues, but how many teams will agree? Spirited and interesting competition and opposing points of view surface!

Treasure Hunt: Facilitated Networking
One of the most basic and essential values of hosting meetings is to promote good working relationships! Break through the “patterned behavior” of people talking only to people they already know, by channeling participants into interesting conversations with new people. Great compliment to breakfast kickoffs, luncheons, dinners, and cocktail parties. Conforms well to a variety of themes – nautical, western, space, sports, fast-pace and more!

Builders’ Best – Some Assembly Required!
Teams have a variety of choices – construct a watercraft, tower, vehicle, movie or small building. Drawing upon creative energy, negotiation skills, ingenuity, tenacity and full team participation make this a fun event. The timing must be perfect and the product completed! Upper end creations are donated to children’s organizations, if desired.
